Office of:
JOSEPH G. CHLEBECK, Clerk
515 Little Canada Road
Little Canada, Minn. 55117
484 -2177
CITY OF LITTLE CANADA
RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA
MEMORANDUM
TO: City Council
FROM: John Palacio, Building Official
DATE: October 11, 1989
RE: Slumberland
An inspection was conducted of the Slumberland property on
October 11, 1989. The inspection revealed that efforts by
Slumberland representative, Mr. Paul Kaufman, had been made
in a favorable application. To date the following steps
have been taken:
1. Removal of barn type shed.
2. Landscaping - grass - trees - hydro grass
seeding has been completed. However, some
areas as indicated in picture would need
some more attention (copies enclosed).
3. Dumpster has been removed and debris have
been picked up.
4. Remaining dumpsters have not been enclosed.
5. Dumpster (truck) remains on site.
6. Concrete and other debris remains on the site.
7. Parking of trailers remain.
8. Fencing (screening) not provided.
As recorded in my memorandum of October 9, 1989, because of
the efforts of Mr. Paul Kaufman, representative of the
Slumberland project, some benefits should be awarded, and
with further review some of the conditions existing could
be resolved.
JP:bj
Page 11
MAYOR
Michael Fahey
COUNCIL
,Beverly Scalze
Bill Blesenor
Rick Collova
Jim LaValle
