This is the ditch between Thunder Bay and Ontario, <br />north of Allan. <br />There is also a short section between Ontario and Greenbrier. <br />While the City could do the work and levy an assessment on the <br />benefiters property, it would be much simpler and far less costly for <br />the homeowners to contract this work privately. This has been done in <br />similar situations previously. <br />With this in mind, we have obtained an estimate from Frattalone <br />Excavating to regrade the ditch in Block 2 and including the short <br />section in Block 3. <br />The estimated cost is $2,800.00 but does not include replacement of <br />sod.
