The Wescot Construction Company leases <br />office space within the office /warehouse building on the <br />Minnesota Mini - Storage planned unit development site located at. <br />85 East County Road B. The applicant is proposing a 12 foot by <br />24 foot modular building including decking to be positioned to <br />the east of the office /warehouse building 50 feet from the front <br />yard lot line. The property in question is zoned B -W, Business <br />Warehousing District.
