This approval was granted <br />contingent upon the survey of your land showing the existing <br />house with conforming setbacks and proper drainage and utility <br />easements along all lot lines. <br />The Council declined to give approval to the split of the 90 by <br />300 foot lot at this time. They felt that additional information <br />regarding topography should be required to proceed with this <br />proposal.
