816.090. Confidentiality. All information, submitted in <br />compliance with this ordinance shall be held in confidence and <br />shall be deemed a confidential report exempt from discovery to <br />the extent permitted by law. Subject to the requirements of <br />confidentiality, the City Clerk shall develop and maintain <br />statistics for the purpose of ongoing alarm system evaluation. <br />Section 2. <br />This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br />after its passage and publication. <br />Feb.
