Government Training Sorvices is pleased to once again offer workshops designed especially for citizen planners, elected officials, and planning staff. Sessions provide opportunities for in-depth study of current topics and hands-on application. While many of These programs and presenters have Tong been part of our planniny curriculum, the content is constantly revised and updated to ensuretoday'sissues are addressed. As they have been designed to build upon each other, participants are encouraged to attend theirs in sequence. Special Focus Programs cover specific topics of interest to jurisdictions addressing particular situations or issues. WHO SHOULD ATTEND? Members of planning commissions, boards of adjustment and appeals, and governing bodies in Minnesota cities, counties and townships. Also valuable for members of other advisory commissions, housing and redevelopment authorities, staff, real estate professionals, and others working in areas related to specialized workshop topics. Workshops targeted to individuals with certain levels of experience/expertise are so noted on work- shop pages to help you determine which courselsl are best for you! FEES The following registration fees include handout materials and refreshment breaks. Fees will be refunded less a $20 service fee if the registration is cancelled four working days before the program. Should weather for other circumstances beyond our mntroll necessitate program cancellation or postponement, registrants will be notified via announcements on WCCO-AM radio and other local Minnesota radio stations.
