CHLEBECK, Clerk 515 Little Canada Road Little Canada, Minn. 55117 484 -2177 CITY OF LITTLE CANADA RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS 1989 DIESEL - POWERED SKIDSTEER LOADER MAYOR Michael Fahey COUNCIL Beverly Scalze Bill Blesener Rick CoIlova Jim LaValle The City of Little Canada, Minnesota will accept sealed bids until 11:00 A.M., December 1, 1989, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road, Little Canada, MN 55117. Bids received after the hour specified for opening will not be accepted. Bids are being accepted for one new 1989 diesel - powered skidsteer loader, attachments, and trailer that meet or exceed the specifications as determined by the City. Details and specifications may be obtained at the City Center, 515 Little Canada Road, Little Canada, Minnesota 55117. All prices quoted will be firm. All bids submitted must be marked skidsteer loader bid on the outside of the envelope. No bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the Superintendent of Public Works and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified check payable to the City Administrator of Little Canada for 5% of the amount bid, to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event the bid is accepted and the bidder shall fail to enter promptly into a written contract and furnish the required bond. The City anticipates a delivery date of December 14, 1989 or earlier. The City of Little Canada reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
