Park Commission Recommendations - <br />A. Recommendation that City obtain Park Street tax - forfeited <br />property for park purposes at least until development <br />occurs to the west. If that property remains wetland, the <br />park property would have some value as part of the wetland. <br />However, if the property develops to the west, the City could <br />purchase the tax - forfeited property from the County for resale <br />as residential lots.
