The <br />Licensing Department recommended to the St. Paul City Council that <br />this legislation be adopted. However, it was the concensus of the <br />St. Paul City Council that the majority of off -sale liquor license <br />holders did not want to be open on these days. Therefore, the <br />Council took no action on the Licensing Department's recommendation. <br />Page<27 <br />
