League of Minnesota Cities Cities Bulletin Last July, the League began publishing the Cities Bulletin twice monthly during the interim, the time between legislative sessions. Going to a year -round Bulletin enables city officials to receive timely information on issues, keeping them up to date on legislative and otheractivities. it will remain a weekly ixtblication during the session which begins in February. The League sends the Bulletin free to the mayor and the manager or clerk in each member city.
