MINUTES <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />DECEMBER 14, 1989 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 14th day of <br />December, 1989 in the Council Chambers of the City <br />Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chairman Peter Costa called the meeting to order at <br />7:30 P.M. and the following members of the Commission <br />were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Peter Costa, Chairman <br />Dave Bendel <br />Claudia Drabik <br />Art Herkenhoff <br />Robert Pedersen <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: Gene DeLonais <br />ALSO PRESENT: Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Kathy Glanzer, Recording Secretary <br />There being no corrections to the minutes of the <br />November 9, 1989 Planning Commission meeting, the <br />minutes stood approved as read. <br />CAPITAL VIEW The City Planner reviewed his report dated December 12, <br />PROPERTY 1989 on the request of the Roseville Area School <br />DIVISION District to divide the Capital View property into two <br />lots. The Planner reported that the School District is <br />proposing to sell the Capital View building to School <br />District #916. The proposed property line would run <br />through the track area, however, there is a joint <br />agreement between both School Districts for shared use <br />of these facilities. The Planner pointed out that the <br />City Engineer will have to review the proposal to <br />determine if there are any drainage or utility <br />easements that area necessary. <br />Costa asked what will happen if #916 decided to sell <br />the building. <br />Page 1 <br />
