AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS, North Star Estates is a partnership consisting of <br />Francis A. Husnik, John Vitale, Pascal Vitale and Raymond <br />Dykema; and <br />WHEREAS, North Star Estates operates a mobile home park in <br />the City of Little Canada; and <br />WHEREAS, North Star Estates and the City of Little Canada <br />deem it desirable to construct a severe weather shelter at the <br />North Star Estates Mobile Home Park; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Little Canada has applied for a grant <br />for funds necessary to construct a severe weather shelter at <br />North Star Estates; <br />THEREFORE IT IS AGREED: <br />1. Subject to approval of the funding grant, North Star <br />Estates shall convey by Warranty Deed, free from all liens and <br />encumbrances, to the City of Little Canada, a parcel of property <br />which is at least 45 feet by 75 feet for the construction and <br />use of a severe weather shelter. <br />2. Subject to approval of the grant, North Star Estates <br />shall also provide the City of Little Canada with all easements <br />necessary to provide ingress and egress to the severe weather <br />shelter. <br />3. Subject to approval of the grant, the City of Little <br />Canada shall construct a shelter on the property conveyed by <br />North Star Estates, for the purpose of providing protection from <br />severe weather. <br />Page 74 <br />
