Hanson PROPOSAL: The City of Little Canada is proposing the Rezoning of 2700 and 2724 Rice Street to either Residential Business (RB), General Business (B-3), or Planned Unit Development (PUD). PROPERTY OWNERS: North Heights Lutheran Church 2700 Rice Street Little Canada, MN 55113 Currently Zoned Limited Neighborhood Business (B-1) PLANNING COMMISSION: Anthony and Mary Costa 2724 Rice Street Little Canada, MN 55113 Currently Zoned Single-Family Residential (R-1) ie Little Canada Planning Commission will be reviewing this matter at a regular meeting scheduled for Thursday, April 13, 2006. The meeting begins at 7:30 p.m. and will be held in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. CITY COUNCIL: Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the City Council to review this request at their regular meeting to be held on Wednesday, Apri126, 2006 at 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as parties may be heard, in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. All persons with reference to this matter will be heard during the Planning Commission meeting on Thursday, April 13, 2006 and the City Council meeting on Wednesday, Apri126, 2006. Sign language intelpreters for hearing-impaired persons are available for public hearings upon request. The request for this service must be made at least 96 hours in advance.
