ORDINANCE NO. 331 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 802.060 <br />OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, <br />RELATING TO THE ANNUAL CIGARETTE LICENSE FEE <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. <br />Section 802.060 of the Municipal Code of the City of Little <br />Canada is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />802.060. ANNUAL LICENSE YEAR AND FEE. The annual cigarette <br />license shall commence July 1 of each year. The annual fee shall be <br />determined by resolution of the City Council. If the application is <br />made after January 1, the annual fee shall be prorated on a monthly <br />basis. However, the minimum annual fee shall be Twelve and 50/100 <br />($12.50) Dollars. <br />Section 2. <br />This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after <br />its passage and publication. <br />PASSED by the City Council of Little Canada this 25th day of <br />April, 1990. <br />ATTEST: <br />Joel R.
