Based on this meeting, they <br />set a salary of $1,500 which is to cover the <br />responsibilities associated with the annual process. It is <br />my understanding that time requirements would be minimal <br />for the majority of the year with duties consisting mainly <br />of coordination and scheduling. A significant time <br />commitment would be expected immediately prior to and <br />during the actual celebration for the day to day <br />coordination of events. Any questions you may have <br />regarding the specific nature of duties should be directed <br />to Mr. Ray Hanson, Chairman of the Canadian Days <br />Committee. Mr. Hanson's phone number is 484 -8846. <br />Should you still be interested in this position based on <br />the information presented, we would ask that you contact us <br />by Wednesday, April 25, 1990 no later than 4:00 p.m. From <br />those candidates still interested, the City Council and the <br />Canadian Days Committee will finalize selection soon <br />thereafter. If we do not hear from you by this deadline, <br />we will assume you are no longer interested in the position <br />and your application will receive no further consideration. <br />Thank you for the interest you have shown in this <br />position.
