The primary issues in <br />this plat process were of other agency approvals necessary for <br />final action. These included Army Corps of Engineers, Ramsey - <br />Washington Metro Watershed, and St. Paul Waterworks. All of the <br />appropriate agencies had documented their consent to the plat. <br />However, the plat was not recorded within the allotted time and <br />as such, needs a new final plat approval. The only issue <br />remaining from the Council's approval was the requirement for the <br />developer to work with the City Engineer on drainage easement <br />locations, particularly on Lots 8, 9, and 10.
