I feel that it would be <br />more appropriate to grant the CUPs for the properties with less specific language. <br />This would allow for the properties to be rented or sold without the necessity to <br />revisit the CUP process every time a new tenant occupies the properties. <br />Please consider the following information when processing my Conditional Use <br />Permit applications. In order to save both time and application fees, I am grouping <br />three of the properties together. I would like to deposit $750.00 with you instead of <br />the $1500.00 at $500.00 per property. <br />194 /196 Ryan Lane <br />3164 Ryan Lane <br />3175 Ryan Lane <br />194/196 Ryan and 3164 Ryan share the same entrance and parking area. The <br />following information should be considered for both properties: <br />Comfort Bus Company (CBC) ceased parking busses at 194/196 Ryan Lane in <br />August of 2004. The three rental spaces located within 194 / 196 Ryan Lane were <br />rented to businesses other than CBC. The three business located within the building <br />need to store cars, trucks and equipment outside. My intentions have always been <br />to rent out the building and outdoor storage area. <br />40- <br />
