R E S E A R C H <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Little Canada Planning Commission <br />FROM: Stephen Grittman <br />DATE: 30 April 1990 <br />RE: Little Canada - Raiolo- Engebretson Subdivision <br />FILE NO: 758.09 - 90.32 <br />The property at 154 East County Road C includes a strip of land <br />south of East Rose Place approximately 23 feet in depth and 117 <br />feet wide along East Rose Place. it is separated from the bulk <br />of the 154 East County Road C parcel by the 60 feet of East Rose <br />Place right -of -way. The property owners of 154 East County Road <br />C and 2'601 Lakeshore are proposing to detach the property from <br />the County Road C parcel and add it to the Lakeshore parcel. <br />This would appear to be a very logical rearrangement which would <br />clear up a confusing lot line configuration in the area.
