shall be considered employees of the City. No employees of the City <br />and no other persons employed by the City in the performance of its <br />activities as provided for under this Agreement shall be considered <br />employees of the Consultant. <br />5.13. In order to protect itself as well as the City under the <br />indemnity provisions set forth above, the Consultant will at all <br />times during the term of this Agreement have and keep in force a <br />general liability insurance policy which will provide coverage for <br />claims made against the Consultant under the Agreement in the amount <br />of at least: <br />$1,000,000 for personal injury <br />$500,000 for property damage <br />The Consultant shall have and keep in force during the term of the <br />Agreement a professional liability insurance policy in an amount of <br />at least $500,000. <br />Said insurance policies may not be canceled until thirty (30) days <br />after the City has received written notice of the intention to cancel <br />said insurance. The Consultant shall furnish the City with <br />certificates of insurance establishing such coverage during the <br />entire term of this Agreement. <br />5.13.1. Upon thirty (30) days written notice to the Consultant, the <br />City may terminate this Agreement whenever the City determines that <br />the continuation of this Agreement is not in the interest of the <br />City. <br />Page 19 <br />Page 34 <br />
