The re- grading of the site by the <br />Developer is currently being completed. <br />The street grades and the cul -de -sac on the east side of Centre Place have <br />been lowered 2 feet below the elevation of the grading plan originally <br />approved by the Council. The area within the development south of the Oslan <br />property has been lowered by a total of 3 feet. <br />Excess material generated from the re- grading of the site was placed upon the <br />Froehle and Bronson properties located adjacent to the south right of way line <br />of Centre place. These lots were low in regards to the design street grade and <br />the property owners benefit in receiving the material. The City benefits in <br />that they save on costa associated with trucking the material off the site. <br />The Schloer and North properties to the east may also require fill material <br />for development as residential lots. However, these lots are Currently wooded <br />and the lots will need to be cleared in order to place fill material. Due to <br />the time constraints to complete the grading work, it was decided to place <br />excess material generated from regrading upon the Froehle and Bronson proper- <br />ties only at this time. <br />The costs associated with the regrading of the site are being determined on an <br />hourly basis at a not to exceed coat of $10,000. <br />Yours very truly, <br />BONESTROO, ROSENE, ANDERLI1c & ASSOCIATES, INC. <br />Michael C.
