MINUTES <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JUNE 14, 1990 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 14th day of <br />June, 1990 in the Council Chambers of the City Center <br />located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Robert Pedersen called the meeting to order at 7:30 <br />P.M. and the following members of the Commission were <br />present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Robert Pedersen, Chairperson <br />Dave Bendel <br />Peter Costa <br />Gene DeLonais <br />Claudia Drabik <br />Steve Garske <br />Art Herkenhoff (Arrived 7:40 P.M.) <br />ALSO PRESENT: Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Kathy Glanzer, Recording Secretary <br />There being no corrections to the minutes of the May <br />3, 1990 Planning Commission meeting, the minutes stood <br />approved as read. <br />KROISS Mr. John Daubney, attorney representing Ray Kroiss <br />RESUBDIVI,SION Homes, Inc., reported that the request before the <br />Planning Commission is to adjust a lot line in order to <br />previde a better means of vehicular access for Lot 1. <br />Daubney pointed out both Lots 1 and 2 would continue to <br />meet minimum lot size requirements. Daubney also <br />reported that the City Council has approved the lot <br />split subject to approval by the Planning Commission. <br />Daubney also stated that the lot line adjustment had no <br />adverse effect on the neighborhood. <br />The City Planner reviewed his report dated June 8, 1990 <br />which suggested some alternatives to that which was <br />proposed by Mr. Kroiss. The Planner reported that his <br />concern was that the request as proposed did not <br />provide for access to the northeasterly portion of Lot <br />2, which is located below the retaining wall which runs <br />Page 1 <br />
