This <br />notice is being forwarded to you pursuant to the direction <br />of the City Council in order to encourage your comments <br />regarding this operation. It is anticipated that a <br />decision regarding its continuation will be made by the <br />Council at their meeting scheduled for June 27. Your input <br />is important to this process. <br />Please take the time to review the enclosed notice and to <br />formulate any opinions you may have regarding this matter. <br />You are encouraged to attend the Planning Commission <br />meeting on June 14 as well as the City Council meeting on <br />June 27 in order that the decision made regarding this <br />operation will reflect your input. It should be noted that <br />if you are unable to attend either of these meetings, <br />written comments can be forwarded to me at City Hall for <br />presentation to both bodies. I would ask that any written <br />comments be submitted to the City by June 13, 1990 in order <br />that they can be included in the agenda packets of each <br />body. <br />In the meantime, should you have any comments or questions <br />regarding this matter, please feel free to give me a call <br />at 484 -2177.
