iVIIlVUTES OF TLIE REGULAR NIEET.ING <br />CITY COUNCIL. <br />.LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />OCTOBER 22, 2003 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 22nd day of <br />October, ?003 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael I. Fahey called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mr. Michael I. Fahey <br />Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Mr. Ntatt Anderson <br />Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />City Attorney Mr. Patrick Sweeney <br />Public Works Dir. NIr. Greg Schroeder <br />Parks & Rec. Dir_ N1r. Jim Morelan <br />Cable TV Prod. Ntr. Jeremy Brodin <br />Deputy Clerk Ms. I{athy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mr. LaValle introduced the following resol ution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI UTION N0. 2003-IO-238 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE OCTOBER 8, 2003 WORIfSHOP COUNCIL MEETING, THE <br />OCTOBER 8, 2003 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING, AND THE <br />OCTOBER I5, Z003 SPECIAL COUNCIL [YIEETINGAS <br />SUBNI7TTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by 1Vlontour. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Ntontour, Blesener, Fahey, Anderson. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adouted. <br />AMEND CUP- Mayor Fahey opened the Public Hearing to consider an Amendment to <br />3165/3167 Conditional Use .Permit to modify the site plan for Valor Enterprises <br />SPRUCE STR.- as well as a Variance from the City's parking requirements. It was noted <br />VALOR that the Planning Commission tabled action on this matter until their <br />ENTERPRISES November meeting. <br />
