Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />VALOR <br />RE.SOL UTION!VO. 2003-Z Z-370 - T413LING ACTION ON THE <br />AlIEND!LIENTTOCONDITION,4L USEPER!I~IITAND VARI.AIVCE <br />FOR 3165-3167 SPRUCE STREET, V.dLOR ENTERPRISES, <br />PEiVD7!VG .A RECU[YLIIENDATION FR 0!LI THE PLANNING <br />coNmrlssloN <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Fahey, Nfontour, Anderson. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />APviEidD1'viEidT iViayor Fahey opened the pu'oiic hearing Co consider an amendment to <br />TO ZONING to the Zoning Code relative to accessory and principal buildings. Fahey <br />CODE - noted that the Planning Commission has recommended approval of the <br />ACCESSORY amendment. <br />& PRINCIPAL <br />BUILDINGS There was no one from the general public present wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by Fahey, seconded by Anderson, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />The City Planner indicated that the proposed amendment clarifies the <br />definitions of accessory use/building and principal use building as well as <br />establishes single-family dwelling performance requirements. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI_ UTION NO. 3003- Z I-27Z - A!YIENDING SECTION 902 OF <br />THE LITTLE C,-INADA CITY CODE ADDRESSING ACCESSORY <br />USE/BUILDING,4ND PRINCIPAL USE/BUILDINGDEEINITIONS <br />AND EST.d73LISHING SINGLE-F.-INIIL Y D YVELLING <br />PERFOR.~fANCE REO UITtEniEIJTS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, N[ontour, Anderson, Blesener, Fahey. <br />Nays (Ol. Resolution declared adopted. <br />.~~derson noted the moratorium that is in puce reiative to this matter. The <br />Citv .~ttornev cored that the moratorium ordinance contained an <br />expiration date and recommended chat it be allowed ro expire at its own. <br />
