APviEidD1'viEidT iViayor Fahey opened the pu'oiic hearing Co consider an amendment to TO ZONING to the Zoning Code relative to accessory and principal buildings. Fahey CODE - noted that the Planning Commission has recommended approval of the ACCESSORY amendment. & PRINCIPAL BUILDINGS There was no one from the general public present wishing to comment on this matter. Upon motion by Fahey, seconded by Anderson, the public hearing was closed. The City Planner indicated that the proposed amendment clarifies the definitions of accessory use/building and principal use building as well as establishes single-family dwelling performance requirements.
