MINUTES OF THE WORKSHOP MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />MARCH 19, 1990 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a workshop <br />meeting of the Council of the City of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota was held on the 19th day of March, 1990 in <br />the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael Fahey chaired the meeting and called it <br />to order at 6:00 P.M. and the following members of the <br />Council were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Mr. Michael Fahey <br />Councilmember Mrs. Beverly Scalze <br />Councilmember Mr. Bill Biesener <br />Councilmember Mr. Rick Collova <br />Councilmember Mr. Jim LaValle <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />City Engineer <br />Public Works <br />City Admin. <br />Mr. Don Carley <br />Mr. David Harris <br />Mr. Joel Hanson <br />The purpose of this meeting was to conduct interviews <br />of four engineering firms for the position of <br />consulting engineer for the City of Little Canada. The <br />four firms to be interviewed in their order of <br />appearance are: Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & <br />Associates, Inc.; Maier Stewart & Associates, Inc.; <br />Comstock & Davis, Inc.; and Short, Elliott & <br />Hendrickson, Inc. Interviews were scheduled on a 45 <br />minute time period with 10 minutes allowed for a <br />presentation on the part of the engineering firm, a 30 <br />minute oral interview portion, and 5 minutes for <br />closing questions and answers. <br />The firm listing and the representatives present are as <br />follows: <br />Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. - <br />Marvin Sorvala, Principle in Charge; <br />Mike Lynch, Designated City Engineer; <br />Gary Rylander, Transportation Engineer. <br />Page 1 <br />
