The plat has been modified to change <br />the easement locat on. It appears acceptable as shown. <br />o Gradin Plan. A new grading plan has been submitted. The <br />Watershed District Administrator confirmed on the phone that <br />their previous permit approval will stand. They are <br />following up with a letter. <br />o Watershed District. Discussed above. <br />o Street Construction Easements. The City Attorney's office <br />is working on obtaining the temporary construction <br />easements, <br />o Drainage Easements. The City Attorney's office is working <br />on the acquisition of the necessary easements. Timing of <br />the acquisitions may be an issue in grading the project. <br />o Street Construction Plans. The City Engineer should review <br />the status of puns and specifications for the public <br />project. <br />o Property Abstract. The Attorney has been reviewing the <br />title abstracts received last week. <br />O Utilities Plans. The Public Works Director has recommended <br />some modifications to the Utilities Plans.
