H. Administration of Project <br />The Little Canada City Council has authorized the <br />Little Canada Economic Development Authority to he <br />responsible for seeing that the contents of this plan <br />are promoted, implemented and enforced. The Executive <br />Director shall be delegated day -to -day responsibilities <br />while the Board of Directors shall make all policy <br />regarding the Project Area. Administrative maintenance <br />activities will be funded out of tax increment <br />revenues, developer fees and other local sources. <br />The EDA will make periodic reports to the City Council <br />on the process of each phase of the project, as <br />requested by the City Council. <br />I. Modification of Plan <br />A Redevelopment Plan may be modified at any time. The <br />modification must be adopted by the EDA and the City, <br />upon notice and after the public hearing required for <br />the original adoption of the Redevelopment Plan. <br />Changes that do not alter or affect the exterior <br />boundaries and do not substantially alter or affect the <br />general land use established in the plan, shall not <br />constitute a modification of the Redevelopment Plan, <br />nor require approval by the City. <br />Page 37 <br />
