4--x lama. 8 " <br />SHERMAN•BOOSALIS <br />In planning development of 2680 Rice Street the city and developer has <br />a mutual objective in creating structure /useage which was complimentary <br />to the existing and surrounding real estate. <br />Construction Is now complete and the result of successful achievement <br />of this planning goal is two complexes which appear so well integrated <br />that a question of whether the malls are two developments or one has <br />now arose. <br />Should the city determine that the adjacent properties are to be <br />considered as a single retail mall, despite physical separation of the <br />structures and independent tax parcel designation, the variance on City <br />Ordinance. 903110 needs to be petitioned. <br />The plans approved and , by the eityz which have been used in <br />contracting tenants apper to have acknowledged the separate complex <br />status of 2680 Rice Street.
