CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />CORRECTED <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council (the <br />"Council ") of the City of Little Canada, County of Ramsey, <br />State of Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on <br />Wednesday, February 14, 1990 at 7:30 o'clock p.m., at City <br />Hall, 515 Little Canada Road, Little Canada, Minnesota, <br />relating to the adoption of the Modified Development <br />Program for Development District No. 2, and the creation of <br />Tax Increment Financing District No. 2 -1 and the adoption <br />of a Tax Increment Financing Plan relating thereto, within <br />Development District No. 2, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, <br />Section 469.174 through 469.179, inclusive, as amended. <br />Copies of the Modified Development Program and Tax <br />Increment Financing Plan as proposed to be adopted will be <br />on file and available for public inspection at the office <br />of the City Administrator at City Hall. <br />The property proposed to be included in Tax Increment <br />Financing District No. 2 -1 is described in the Tax <br />Increment Financing Plan on file in the office of the City <br />Administrator. <br />A map of Development District No. 2 is set forth as <br />follows: <br />[INSERT MAP] <br />Page 1 <br />
