Discussion of location of Fire Hall training room - either upper <br />level or lower level. <br />- If training room is located on upper level, an elevator will be <br />necessary at a cost of $30,000. <br />- If training room is located on lower level, the lounge, exercise <br />room and offices can be located on the upper level without the <br />need for an elevator. <br />
