Page 3 <br />3.6 Control of Hazardous Materials Response Team <br />The Applicant acknowledges that the work of the Hazardous Materials <br />Response Team is dangerous and that the methodology of containing <br />and securing Hazardous Materials is an exercise of judgment. <br />Therefore, the City personnel will have command of the Hazardous <br />Materials Response Team personnel and equipment in any response to <br />a Hazardous Materials Incident. <br />4. APPLICANT'S OBLIGATIONS <br />4.1 Information Provided Prior to Emergency <br />The Applicant will provide the following information upon execution <br />of the Contract; <br />1. a copy of the most recent comprehensive emergency plan <br />with resources and area map with on -going updates; <br />information relating to emergency and non - emergency radio <br />and telephone (frequencies /numbers) capability between <br />the Applicant and Saint Paul. <br />3. emergency response plans by facility, pre fire plan, <br />other information that may be needed. <br />4. training level of your support personnel, le, first <br />responders, availability of SLS or ALS units. <br />4.2 Request for Service <br />All requests by Applicant for services shall be made by LITTLE <br />CANADA Fire Department designee and shall be directed to the St. <br />Paul Fire Department Communications Division. At the time of <br />request, Applicant will provide the following information, as <br />available. <br />1. a description of the incident including what happened, <br />the time, the type of materials involved, the geographic <br />area affected and any other detail which may be helpful; <br />2. a description of the most favorable response route to <br />minimize response time. <br />4.3 Incident Management <br />The Applicant will provide, at its own expense, for the overall <br />incident management and shall provide for crowd control and the <br />evacuation of the site, site security, firefighting, heavy <br />equipment and diking material as needed by the incident. <br />b'd <br />Page 7 38I3 .j0 1d3a lindd is 02:00 06, L2 a3d <br />
