These firms range in size from the very small <br />to the very large and offer a wide variety of services and <br />expertise. <br />On Monday, March 12, 1990 the Engineering Selection <br />Committee will be meeting at 4:00 p.m. to finalize a review <br />of these proposals and prepare a recommendation to the City <br />Council. We anticipate recommending three firms to the <br />City Council for further consideration. The next step <br />after this recommendation would be to conduct interviews of <br />these firms. It is my understanding that the interviews <br />will be conducted by the entire City Council. Therefore, <br />you should think about possible dates on which this could <br />occur. <br />Attached is our request for proposal format as well as a <br />listing of the firms to which this was sent.
