Goan & Comzni tloners <br />Commissioner Schaber <br />Date February 20. 1990 No. 90 -171 <br />Budget & Accounting <br />Lou McKenna, Director, Taxation & Records <br />Tax Forfeited Land Division <br />WHEREAS, NSA Section 282 provides that forfeited lands be <br />classified as conservation or non - conservation and that the <br />classification be submitted to the governing body of the <br />governmental subdivision in which the parcels lie for approval of <br />the classification and sale thereof; and <br />WHEREAS, The Director of the Department of Taxation and <br />Records Administration has prepared a list dated February 6, 1990, <br />of parcels which forfeited for non - payment of taxes on August 31, <br />1989, and recommends that said parcels be classified as <br />non - conservation lands; Now, Therefore, Be It <br />RESOLVED, The Ramsey County Board of Commissioners hereby <br />recommends that the 57 parcels of forfeited land, as shown on said <br />list on file with the Chief Clerk, be and hereby are classified as <br />non- conservation lands; and Be It Further <br />RESOLVED, That the classification be submitted to the <br />governing body of the subdivision wherein the parcels lie for <br />approval of the classification and sale of the lands involved. <br />Page 36 <br />Hal Norgard, Chairman <br />
