ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 815 OF THE <br />MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />BY ADDING SECTION 815.020 RELATING TO <br />THE LITTLE CANADA TRADE AREA <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. <br />Section 815.020 of the Municipal Code of the City of <br />Little Canada is hereby added to read as follows: <br />815.010. TRADE AREA. The Little Canada trade area is <br />defined as the corporate boundaries of the City of Little <br />Canada. <br />(A) percent ( %) of the net profits from <br />lawful gambling conducted within the City of Little Canada shall <br />be expended on lawful purposes conducted or located within the <br />Little Canada trade area. <br />(B) This ordinance shall apply to all net profits <br />distributed after the effective date of this ordinance. <br />Section 2. <br />This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br />after its passage and publication. <br />PASSED by the City Council of Little Canada this day <br />of , 1990. <br />ATTEST: <br />Joel R.
