d. Reports <br />The City shall submit two to the County. The first report <br />shall be submitted to the County no later than 4:30 P.M. on <br />Friday, July 13, 1990 and the second report shall be <br />submitted no later than 4:30 P.M. on Friday, February 15, <br />1991. The report due July 15, 1990 shall include program <br />information for January 1, through June 30, 1990. The second <br />report will include information for July 1, through December <br />31, 1990. The semi - annual reports shall be submitted on <br />forms provided by the County; these forms are included as <br />Attachment B to this Agreement. The City shall submit <br />complete reports by the dates described herein in order to <br />receive full reimbursement for expenses. <br />e. Financial Report <br />The City shall submit an audited financial report to the <br />Ramsey County Budget and Accounting Office. The report shall <br />show how funds received from Ramsey County were disbursed. <br />The report shall be submitted after the annual audit which <br />included the funds received from Ramsey County for this <br />recycling grant. <br />2. TERM <br />The term of this Agreement shall be from January 1, 1990 <br />to December 31, 1990 the date of signatures notwithstanding. <br />3. CANCELLATION <br />Either party may cancel this Agreement at any time upon <br />thirty (30) days written notice to the other party. In the <br />event of termination, the City shall be entitled to <br />reimbursement for those expenses incurred up to the <br />termination date provided the expenses have been incurred <br />,according to the budget shown in Attachment A. <br />4. DEFAULT <br />Any of the following shall constitute default on the part of <br />the City: <br />a. The failure of the City to use funds in a manner consistent <br />with this contract and Attachment A. <br />b. The failure of the City or their (sub)contractor(s) to use <br />their best efforts to ensure the maximum collection and <br />marketing of recyclable materials from the area served. <br />c. The failure of the City to provide information satisfactory <br />to the County as required in 1.a, 1.b, 1.d, and 1.e above. <br />3 <br />Page 3 <br />
