AMENDMENT NO. 1 <br />TO <br />AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTANT SERVICES <br />BETWEEN THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />AND <br />BONESTROO, ROSENE, ANDERLIA & ASSOCIATES, INC. <br />THIS AMENDMENT, made and entered into on , 1990, shall <br />amend the Agreement dated April. 25, 1990 by and between the City of Little <br />Canada and Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc.: <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, property developers from time to time desire the City to provide <br />plans and specifications for improvements located on current or future City <br />right -of -way; and <br />WHEREAS, the City will become owners of said improvements after acceptance <br />of the development; and <br />WHEREAS, it is in the City's best interest that the improvements meet all <br />the City's requirements for such improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, the current agreement does not have 'Conditions for payment to the <br />Consultant for design of facilities not bid directly by the City: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree to amend said agreement as fol- <br />lows: <br />SECTION 1. CONSULTANT SERVICES <br />When authorized by the City to provide services for improvements to be <br />completed by a developer, the scope of services as described in Sections 1.1, <br />1.2, 1.3, and 1.5 shall be modified as appropriate and as agreed upon by both <br />parties and developer. Section 1.4 (Bidding Phase) shall be completed by the <br />developer. Section 1.6 (Assessment Phase) will not apply. <br />0E372 <br />Page 1. <br />Page 118 <br />
