The proposed new structure would be <br />accessory to the existing main building. The Code allows a <br />maximum accessory building coverage of 30 percent of the <br />principal building. Their proposal would exceed the 30 percent <br />limitation and so Mr. Carle is requesting a variance from this <br />restriction. <br />Attached for reference: <br />Exhibit A - Site Location <br />Exhibit B - Site Plan <br />ANALYSIS <br />Mr. Carle's principal structure is 3,200 square feet in area. <br />The new accessory structure will be 1,056 square feet in area. <br />This would be 33 percent of the principal building. <br />Mr. .Carle is applying for a variance from the 30 percent rule to <br />avoid having to remove four feet from the length of the new <br />structure. <br />1.
