Olson <br />We have reviewed the vacation of the Nadeau Road right -of -way with respect to engineering <br />concerns. We recommend that the City approve the vacation of the right -of -way provided that <br />five (5) foot wide utility easements are provided as presented. <br />The Nadeau Road right -of -way is currently 46.5 feet wide. We recommend a fifty (50) foot <br />minimum width be provided for right -of -way purposes so that there is ample space for placement <br />of both street and utilities. <br />The agreement will allow for a 42 foot wide right -of -way with a five (5) foot drainage, utility and <br />snow storage easement on each side of the right -of -way.
