If, however, an addition <br />is allowed, a side yard setback would be five feet. <br />* 2708 Edgerton - Present side yard setbacks are within two <br />feet of the north property line. At the time of the <br />construction of the garage, side yard setback <br />requirements were mute. <br />* In accordance with the Zoning Ordinance there are <br />allowances for repair or remodeling of an existing <br />structure provided applicant seeks a permit. <br />Application was made and Permit 1747 was issued on <br />September 28, 1988, copy enclosed. <br />As for the exterior work, Permits 2078 and 2079 were <br />issued for replacing windows and installing a patio door, <br />copies enclosed. <br />Driveway issue - Ramsey County has not notified the City <br />of any problems with the driveway. <br />* Drainage problems - Could be resolved by both parties. <br />Page 22 <br />
