The <br />following is a summary of our findings: <br />* Existing trees - because of fill burial five <br />trees may need to be replaced. <br />* A silt fence will be needed on the south end <br />and east end of the property line. <br />* Fill shall not restrict the drainage of the <br />existing drainage area. <br />* Fill shall be monitored by the City Engineer <br />and Inspection Department. <br />* Fill shall be of a clean material. <br />Seeding of the area shall be done with grass <br />with quick growth. <br />It is our recommendation that the fill can be placed within <br />the guidelines of this report. <br />JP:bj <br />°2 8 <br />MAYOR <br />Michael Fahey <br />COUNCIL <br />Beverly Scalze <br />Bill Blesener <br />Rick Collova <br />Jim LaValle <br />
