To assist in preparation <br />of the program, the County has requested that the City review the County road <br />system within the municipality and prioritize projects for improvements. <br />The list of projects on Exhibit A, submitted by the County, are non - programmed <br />construction projects from the 1990 -1992 CIP, The projects are ranked by <br />priority with the most urgent projects receiving the higher priority numbers. <br />The rating factors used in prioritizing projects are indicated on Exhibit 8. <br />The City's position, regarding project priority, accounts for 152 of the over- <br />all rating score determined by the County. <br />The City staff has reviewed the county road system and has prioritized im- <br />provements based upon future street, utility and development needs as follows: <br />Street <br />1) Little Canada Rd. <br />2) Little Canada Rd. <br />3) Centerville Rd. <br />4) Arcade St. <br />5) Ke11er Pkwy. <br />6) Little Canada Rd. <br />7) Centerville Rd. <br />8) Co.
