I also mentioned to him that there was an issue of <br />outstanding developer review costs that the City has incurred from <br />previous projects. In reviewing this factor, I discovered that the <br />City would be owed $4,033.64 for additional costs associated with <br />review of Gardner Brothers projects from 1986 thru 1989. Because the <br />issue of collection of these outstanding costs has been discussed by <br />the Council, the handling of this reimbursement should be considered <br />at the same time we act upon the reimbursement for the water main <br />oversizing costs. I would recommend that, the City waive that amount <br />owing in lieu of no payment for the oversizing of the water main <br />costs. According to my calculations, this saves Gardner Brothers <br />$1,339.14. <br />Mr.- Von Ridel has been invited to attend Wednesday's meeting to <br />discuss this matter further.
