Faribault: <br />All building facades must be designed with architecturally finished materials, with <br />primary building materials being limited to the following: <br />2, Modular masonry materials such as brick, block, and stone <br />3. Precast concrete or aggregate panels <br />4, Stucco or stucco-like materials <br />5. Glass <br />6. Prefinished metal architectural panels, subject to the following conditions: <br />a. No more than 70% of the front elevation or 80% of additional street-facing <br />elevation consists of such material. <br />b. Elevations with interstate exposure on a lot that abuts the interstate right- <br />of-way shall include non-metal accent materials covering at least 30% of <br />said elevation, with at least 50% of such material place above the mid- <br />point of the building. <br />7. The following building types and materials are prohibited in the industrial districts: <br />a. Wood frame structures, except for accessory buildings <br />b. Wood as an exterior wall finish, except where used as an accent material <br />c. Corrugated metal roofing or siding <br />d. Exposed, untextured, uncolored, unaugemented concrete <br />4 <br />
