Along with this application is a request for <br />Concept Plan Approval of the proposed PUD which consists of a <br />office - business center complex. <br />Attached for reference: <br />Exhibit A - Site Location <br />Exhibit B - Site Survey <br />Exhibit C - Concept Plan <br />ANALYSIS <br />This report will discuss the two applications separately, each <br />with their own review. <br />Rezoning: <br />Zoning districts are to be established to reflect the <br />Comprehensive Plan's Policy and Land Use Guide.
