As all contract cities agreed to, the 1991 <br />budget uses the phase -in plan based on the old budget formula (area, population <br />and events investigated) and the new District Patrol plan. After obtaining your <br />City Council's approval for 1991 law enforcement services, please return both <br />Agreements to us so that we can present them to the County Board. After Board <br />approval, we will return one (1) of the fully- executed Agreements for your <br />files. <br />There are a few revisions to the 1991 Agreement.
