Pavelsky <br />Harlan M. Olson <br />We have reviewed the erosion problem which is occurring at four (4) storm sewer outlets <br />adjacent to County Ditch 16 south of Owasso Boulevard. The Watershed District has pro- <br />posed to correct the problem as a part of their Owasso Basin Project and have requested <br />a cost share with the City for the improvements to the City storm sewer system. <br />We agree with the proposed manner of eliminating the erosion problem by placement of <br />drop manholes at the outlets of the City storm sewer.
