The evergreen clause <br />allows for the agreement to continue from year to year unless a <br />party gives written notice of its intent to cancel. If that <br />notice is given, the agreement would then have to be renegotiated <br />by the parties. <br />You also advised me that Roseville no longer provides the <br />auditing service as is required by the original agreement. <br />Accordingly, the Addendum removes that obligation from the <br />agreement. <br />Yours very tr".iy: <br />RAJ /eld <br />Encl. <br />cc: Mr. Robert C.
