903.050.D.8. <br />o. Curbing and Landscaping. Except for single <br />family and two family dwellings, all open <br />off- street parking areas shall have a <br />perimeter continuous curb barrier around the <br />entire parking lot. Said barrier shall not <br />be closer than five (5) feet to any lot line. <br />In the case of commercial, industrial, or <br />multiple family property which abuts R -1 or <br />R -2 Zoning Districts, said barrier shall be <br />no closer than twenty (20) feet from the <br />shared property line. Landscaping in <br />accordance with Section 903.020.G. shall be <br />provided in all areas bordering the parking <br />area. <br />Page 100 <br />
