MINUTES <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JULY 12, 1990 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 12th day of <br />July, 1990 in the Council Chambers of the City Center <br />located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Robert Pedersen called the meeting to order at 7:30 <br />P.M. and the following members of the Commission were <br />present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Robert Pedersen, Chairman <br />Dave Bendel <br />Peter Costa <br />Gene DeLonais <br />Claudia Drabik <br />Steve Garske <br />Art Herkenhoff <br />ALSO PRESENT: Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Kathy Glanzer, Recording Secretary <br />Herkenhoff requested that the June 14th minutes be <br />amended to reflect that one of the conditions that was <br />part of the Commission's recommendation for approval in <br />the Frattalone recycling matter was that the stockpile <br />of recyclable materials be moved from the front of the <br />property to the back. <br />With that correction, the minutes of the June 14, 1990 <br />regular Planning Commission meeting stood approved. <br />PROPERTY The City Planner pointed out that at its last meeting <br />DIVISION & the Commission tabled action on the Stewart application <br />VARIANCE for property division and variance from the Code <br />STEWART requirement of road frontage. The Planner reported <br />that since that meeting, Mr. Stewart has submitted a <br />survey of the property showing an easement through the <br />property. Stewart has also submitted a diagram showing <br />how he proposes to connect to the private driveway for <br />298 Rose Place to access the lot via Savage Lane. <br />Page 1 <br />
