ARCHITECTS
May 16, 1990
Mr. Jim Morelan
Director of Parks and Recreation
City of Little Canada
515 East Little Canada Road
Little Canada, Minnesota 55117
Dear Mr. Morelan:
3SE EAST KELLOGG SLVO.
ST. PAUL, MINNESOTA 66101
812- 291 -0208
I am enclosing full size copies and 82 X 11 reductions of the
Drawing for the Warming House to be constructed at Little
Canada Skating Rink No. 2. These should be satisfactory for your
fund raising efforts, if they are not for any reason, Let me
know and we will do what is necessary to help.
As we have discussed, I have designed the building utilizing
materials similar to those of the Pioneer Park Recreation
Building. The Building is also similar in character to the
Warming House presently located behind the Fire Station. This
Building is planned to be supported on a floating slab, set on
the existing soils.
At this time I estimate the cost of construction to be in the
range of $49,000.00 to $54,200.00. This range is based on a
figure of ±5% of my actual estimate of $51,600.00.
Thank you and if you should have any questions or need more
information please do not hesitate to call.
Richard V. Krumm, AIA
Page 4
